Promar Building Services, LLC (Promar) is a locally owned, Florida State licensed, insured, and bonded Certified General Contractor.

Originally incorporated in 2017 as Promar Painting and Waterproofing, LLC. In 2019 the State of Florida Department of Corporations approved our request to change our Corporate name to Promar Building Services, LLC. This was done to better represent the full scope of services Promar has extensive experience performing. Promar was also approved by the State of Florida to retain Promar Painting and Waterproofing as a DBA.

Promar’s owner and key employees have specialized work experience since 1998, working on low-rise and high-rise buildings, parking garages and recreational decks. We specialize in exterior painting, stucco repairs, deck, and walkway coatings. In addition to structural concrete restoration of balconies, catwalks, decks, parking garages, and waterproofing.

Promar’s primary goals are to provide a safe work environment that allows us to deliver quality workmanship to our clients, in addition to providing excellent customer service.

Our focus is to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients, allowing us to provide services that they need today and be the first company they think of for any of their future needs.

Promar has a unique business model. Rather than the standard “old school” vendor / customer relationship. Our goal is to create long lasting relationships with our clients, which are based on mutual respect and shared goals.
