Our Story
We began our journey as Promar Painting and Waterproofing, LLC, and as our services and expertise expanded, so did our vision. In 2019, the Florida Department of State approved our name change to Promar Building Services, LLC to better reflect the full scope of what we offer today. We continue to operate under Promar Painting and Waterproofing as an approved DBA, preserving the strong reputation and trust built under that name.

2D & 3D Drafter (Civil Engineering background)
Seeking a 2D & 3D Drafter with a Civil Engineering background to prepare and update technical drawings for construction and restoration projects. Responsibilities include developing CAD drawings, prepare as-builts, and coordinating design documentation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 5 years of construction experience (1 year drafting), proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, bilingual (English/Spanish).
